# Plans and billing

> What each plan costs, how credits and your card pay, auto top-up, add-ons, invoices, and how to cancel.

Everything here lives in **Settings → Plan & billing**.

## Plans

| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Computers | People per workspace |
| - | - | - | - | - |
| Free | \$0 | | One hourly computer on \$5 of signup credit | 0 |
| Starter | \$29 | \$290 | 1 | 1 |
| Growth | \$99 | \$990 | 4 | 5 |
| Scale | \$399 | \$3,990 | 16 | 25 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | 50+ | Set per account |

Yearly costs ten months for twelve. Every limit, size and price is in the [pricing document](https://www.orgo.ai/pricing.md).

## Change plan

Pick a plan under **Change plan**. You keep one subscription.

* An upgrade, or a switch from monthly to yearly, applies now. The unused part of your current period is credited, and you pay the difference today.
* A downgrade, or a switch from yearly to monthly, starts at the end of the period.

## Credits pay every bill first, then your card

Your whole credit balance pays each Orgo bill before your card is charged: a new plan, upgrades, renewals, add-ons and hardware. That includes credit you bought, signup credit and your plan’s monthly credit. The card on file pays whatever is left.

* With a promotion code, the code pays toward your first bill and credits pay from the first renewal.
* Buying credit is never paid from credit.
* The part of a bill paid from credits is not refunded.

Credits also pay for agent chat, hourly computers and Hermes on Orgo’s models. Each plan includes monthly AI credit: $5 on Starter, $10 on Growth, \$50 on Scale.

## Add credit

Under **Credit**, pick an amount next to **Add credit** ($10, $25, $50, $100, or **Other** for $5 to $10,000) and press the button that names it, such as **Add \$25**. With a card on file, Orgo charges that card and the credit shows at once. Without one, Checkout opens. The chat’s **Add credit** sheet works the same way.

**Add AI credit at each renewal** adds a fixed amount of AI credit every billing period, on top of what your plan includes.

## Auto top-up

**Auto top-up** charges your card when your credit falls below an amount you set.

1. Under **Credit**, open **Auto top-up**.
2. Set **When credit falls below** ($5 to $1,000) and **Add** ($5 to $10,000, whole dollars).
3. Press **Turn on**. You need a card on file.

It tops up at most 5 times in 24 hours. If your card is declined, or your bank asks you to confirm the payment, auto top-up pauses and you get one email. Press **Turn on again** once it’s fixed.

## Add-ons

Add capacity to your plan without moving to a bigger one. Each add-on is on the same subscription and invoice as your plan, and is prorated when you buy it.

* **A computer’s room**: the memory, vCPU and storage for another computer of a size you pick.
* **Memory, vCPU and storage**: add to your account’s pool, which every computer draws from.

Lowering an add-on takes effect at your next renewal. Prices are in the [pricing document](https://www.orgo.ai/pricing.md).

When your pool is short for the size you pick, **New computer** offers **Add room and launch** with the monthly price, for the workspace owner. One press adds that room to your plan and launches the computer.

Every paid plan runs up to 50 computers. At that limit, **New computer** offers **Contact us**.

## Change your card

Under **Billing**, press **Change card** next to **Card**. To change your billing address, tax ID or receipt email, press **Edit** next to **Billing details**.

## Invoices

Every invoice is listed under **Invoices**, with its status. A paid invoice opens as a PDF. An unpaid one opens a page where you can pay it.

To bill your own clients through Orgo, see [Invoicing](https://docs.orgo.ai/guides/invoicing.md).

## Cancel your plan

1. Under **Billing**, press **Cancel plan**.
2. Read what ends and what stays. With auto top-up on, **Also turn off auto top-up** is checked. Uncheck it to keep topping up.
3. Check **Still billed**. It names each charge that goes on after the plan ends.
4. Press **Cancel plan** again.

Your plan stays on until the end of the billing period, then your account moves to Free. Until that date, undo it with **Keep** and your plan’s name (for example **Keep Growth**). The cancel sheet also offers the next plan down instead.

When the plan ends:

* Extra computers, memory, vCPU, disk and AI credit you add at each renewal end with it.
* Your computers pause. The cancel sheet shows the dates for your account.
* Your credit stays and keeps working.

### What keeps billing after you cancel

Cancelling the plan does not stop these. The cancel sheet lists the ones you have under **Still billed**, and the plan card keeps the list after you cancel. Stop each one on its own.

| Keeps billing | How to stop it |
| - | - |
| Mac and iPhone hardware, and dedicated computers | Cancel each one under **Custom machines**. Hardware has a one-month minimum. |
| Hourly computers | They keep using your credit. Stop or delete them. |
| Auto top-up | Only if you unchecked **Also turn off auto top-up** when you cancelled. It keeps charging your card when credit runs low. Under **Credit → Auto top-up**, press **Turn off**. |
